  I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about these doctors and their wonderful care during and after my pregnancies, however since this office has been taken over by unity point I have seen a rapid decrease in customer service from the front desk, and office managers. I love my doctor but unless she moves offices I will not return due to complete disrespect and lack of professionalism from the front desk employees. I will add I have been a patient for 10 plus years.

  Dr. Catlin has been my doctor for my pregnancies with both of my children and I absolutely love her. She has always provided excellent care and has completely respected my birthing plans. Dr. Raccone was actually the one who delivered my second child and she was amazing as well. Great facility! I would recommend these doctors to anyone!

  This place is TERRIBLE. First and foremost the customer service and patient care is non-existent. Exactly as another reviewer stated, there is no empathy that exists in the bodies of the office staff. I've had better interactions from McDonald's drive thru employees. The office staff made a mistake with an appointment time that makes me have to wait another 4 months for the rescheduled appointment and even then the appointment might have to be rescheduled again because the doctor's on call! Oh and of course the other doctors aren't taking any new patients. And be sure they're putting it down as a no-show on my part even though I was told by their employee the wrong time. When I tried to explain how unfair that was, I was told I was yelling. Apparently talking in a normal volume but in an upset tone is yelling to these people so watch out for that. Even if you're justified in your upset, the office staff WILL invalidate your feelings, they WILL try to smother your complaints--not with reassurance, caring and good customer service but by shaming you with insinuations you're yelling at the poor unempathetic staff--and then they WILL threaten you with being discharged as a patient. It's the absolute worst experience I've ever had with supposed healthCARE "professionals" and that's saying something. Though actually it's not that surprising: one thing ALL my bad healthcare experiences have in common is that they are all at UnityPoint offices. The really messed up thing is I don't have much choice in where I go because UnityPoint is EVERYWHERE. It's like a cancer in the way it literally spreads and takes over every practice and network in the area.

  The individuals working the front desk (answering phones, checking in patients, returning messages, etc.) are disrespectful, unprofessional, and lack any form of empathy. Complete disregard for the circumstances of others. We know you see many patients every day and its get tiresome, but be professional and courteous - no matter what. These women could not be more miserable. We will not use this office again. Arrogant and rude doctor played into this decision as well.
